Silicone-based thinner for casting silicones 30ml

This special silicone oil and thinner is designed to reduce viscosity and adjust the fluidity of two-component silicone materials used for mould making. The product effectively liquefies thick silicone mixtures, significantly improving their flow into extremely fine details, deep crevices, and complex textures of the model, while facilitating the natural escape of trapped air bubbles to the surface. Adding the thinner slightly increases the final elasticity and flexibility of the cured silicone mould, which facilitates the subsequent demoulding of complex casts. The product is fully chemically compatible with both condensation and addition (polyaddition/polysiloxan) type silicones and does not compromise their structural stability or dimensional accuracy. The thinner is dosed in a precise percentage ratio (typically in the range of 1–5% of the total weight of the mixture) and is thoroughly mixed into the silicone component before adding the catalyst or hardener. The bottle is equipped with a dropper for precise dosing and a hermetic seal to prevent contamination of the contents.
