Double-sided leather hanging strop BeaverCraft

The double-sided BeaverCraft stropping leather is used for maintenance and polishing of the edges of knives and other tools, helping to keep the edge in good condition without unnecessary material removal from the blade. It is suitable for home workshops, carving, kitchens, and field use.

One side of the leather is smooth and is intended for final sharpening of the edge, the other, rougher side helps with smoothing minor imperfections and preparing the blade for final finishing. Unlike whetstones, the stropping leather does not remove material from the edge, but helps to straighten it and remove fine burrs. For even better results, it can be used in combination with a sharpening paste.

The stropping leather is equipped with a metal carabiner for attachment to a fixed point and a leather loop that serves as a handle for comfortable manipulation during work.
