Creaform fast-setting casting compound 1kg

This special fast-setting casting material, Creaform, is a natural, biodegradable alginate-based powder designed for the immediate and high-precision production of disposable flexible moulds. The material is primarily developed for the rapid taking of impressions of human body parts (e.g. hands, feet, face) and live models, as it is completely safe, pH-neutral, and dermatologically harmless for skin contact. Creaform is distinguished by an extremely short setting time of just a few minutes and excellent flowability, allowing it to capture even the finest details, such as skin grooves, nail structure or wrinkles. After mixing the powder with water in a precisely determined ratio, a smooth, homogeneous paste is formed, which is either applied to the model or in which the body part to be imprinted is immersed. The material sets through a natural chemical reaction into a flexible, rubbery consistency, from which the model can be easily and painlessly removed. The final material (most often plaster or relief materials) must be cast into the resulting mould immediately, as the alginate mould dries quickly due to water evaporation, loses elasticity and becomes deformed. Used tools and mixing containers can be easily washed with lukewarm water immediately after finishing the work.
