Coalescing agent for latex moulds 100ml

This special coalescing solution is an additive designed to optimise the creation and drying process of moulds made from liquid natural or synthetic latex. The agent acts as an effective film-forming medium which, once applied to the latex layer, actively supports and accelerates the coalescence (merging and bonding) of individual latex polymer particles into a continuous, homogeneous and perfectly seamless film. The use of this preparation significantly reduces the technical time required for the drying of individual layers when applying latex by brush or dipping, prevents the formation of cracks, pores and brittle spots, and substantially increases the final elasticity, tensile strength and overall tear resistance of the latex mould. It is ideal for eliminating latex runs on vertical surfaces and for achieving a uniform wall thickness of the stencils. The agent is applied either by lightly mixing it directly into the liquid latex in a precisely specified ratio, or by using it as an intermediate layer (activator) between individual coats. Used tools should be washed with lukewarm water and soap immediately after completion of work; dried latex residues can be mechanically peeled off.
