Casting mould – Round 100 / 140 mm

This two-part casting mould (inner and outer parts with diameters of 100 mm and 140 mm) is designed for creating hollow decorative bowls and circular shells. The mould is made of highly durable, strong and dimensionally stable plastic, which securely holds the casting material and allows for repeated use. It is fully compatible with a wide range of materials, particularly creative concrete (e.g. CreaStone), plaster, relief cement mixes and other mineral casting materials. The system of two interlocking moulds ensures a uniform wall thickness of the resulting bowl and a smooth internal and external surface. Before applying the casting material, it is recommended to treat the mould walls with a suitable release agent, which ensures easy and quick removal of the finished cast without risk of cracking. Once the material has fully hardened, the finished shell is removed, and both parts of the mould can be easily washed with lukewarm water and standard detergent immediately after completion.
