Casting mould – Ammonite 230x380mm

This large-format casting mould measuring 230 × 380 mm is designed for creating detailed reliefs and decorations with an ammonite fossil motif. The mould is made from highly durable, strong, and optimally elastic plastic, which ensures easy removal of the finished cast without risk of damage and allows for repeated use. It is fully compatible with a wide range of casting materials, such as creative concrete (e.g. CreaStone), plaster, relief cement mixtures, ceramic casting materials and, after applying a suitable release agent, also casting resin. The internal structure of the mould precisely copies even the finest anatomical details and textures of the prehistoric cephalopod shell, giving the resulting cast an authentic and three-dimensional appearance. Before pouring the mixture, the mould must be placed on a flat and stable surface to prevent it from tilting. Once the material has completely cured, the cast is carefully removed, and the mould can be easily cleaned with lukewarm water and standard detergent immediately after use.
