This premium Artepur marble plaster is a highly refined, ultra-fine ground mineral casting material designed for creating the most demanding artistic casts, stucco elements, design decorations, and detailed interior sculptures. The mixture is enriched with special additives that, upon curing, provide the material with extraordinary structural density, extreme compressive strength, and a smooth, snow-white surface reminiscent of pure Carrara marble. The material boasts perfect flowability, allowing it to capture even the finest details and micro-reliefs in silicone or plastic moulds with 100% accuracy, without trapping air bubbles. During setting, it exhibits optimal dimensional stability with minimal linear shrinkage, eliminating the risk of deformation and the formation of micro-cracks. The plaster is prepared by gradually adding the powder to water in a precisely specified ratio, followed by mixing into a smooth, liquid, and homogeneous consistency. Once completely dry, the cast is highly abrasion-resistant, does not yellow, and can be easily mechanically processed (sanded, carved, polished) or coloured and patinated. Used tools and mixing containers should be washed with lukewarm water immediately after completing the work.
